"It's amazing what you can do with what you already have" - Re4m

Re4m was founded with a simple yet ambitious goal: to recover underutilized resources from the commercial sector and transform them into functional products, fixtures, and displays that could be reintroduced back into the commercial industry. Building a business rooted in circular economy principles provided founder Heather with valuable first hand insights into the realities of material efficiency, waste generation, and the opportunities for systemic change. For the past eight years, Heather led Re4m's fabrication division, physically transforming discarded materials into high-value products. As the business evolves, Heather is now leveraging this hands-on experience to help organizations develop circular solutions, improve resource efficiency, and share practical insights with industries looking to embrace more sustainable practices.

Our New Services

Circular Design Consulting

We help organizations rethink products, spaces, and systems to reduce waste and increase material efficiency. Areas that we have helped in are; events, offices, and retail spaces.

Diversion planning and implementation

Our Resource and recovery program is our new service where we design strategies that connect surplus materials with new users and create measurable diversion from landfill. This can be connecting organizations to a supply stream, developing a system for organizations, or creating templates for in house implementation within the organization.

Material Innovation and Product Development

We develop plans that feature transforming recovered materials into functional products while developing scalable circular solutions for businesses and communities.
